Welcome to Wonder Years Early Learning Centres
These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and agreements between families and our centre regarding enrolment, fees and our promotional offer. By enrolling your child, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. General Enrolment Terms
- Enrolment is subject to availability and completion of all required documentation, including enrolment forms, immunisation records and direct debit details.
- Families must notify the centre in writing of any changes to their booking schedule or personal details.
- The centre reserves the right to make amendments to policies, fees and operational hours with appropriate notice.
2. Fees and Payments
- Fees are payable weekly in advance via direct debit.
- Public holidays and absences, including illness and holidays, are charged at the full daily rate to maintain your child’s place.
- A late fee may apply for any late collection of a child beyond the centre’s closing time.
3. Notice of Withdrawal
- A minimum of four weeks’ written notice is required if you intend to withdraw your child from care.
- Failure to provide the required notice will result in fees being charged for the notice period.
4. Promotions
4(a). 2 Weeks Free Enrolment Offer
- This promotional offer provides two weeks of free childcare to eligible families.
- To qualify, the family must:
- Enrol and commence care within the promotional period.
- Commit to a minimum enrolment period of six (6) continuous months without interruption or cancellation.
- Notify the Enrolling Officer or Centre Manager about the promotion and viewed location prior to enrolment to confirm the promotional period.
- To confirm promotional period, new famlies must notify enrolling officer or centre manager about promotion and viewed location prior to enrollment.
- The two weeks of free care will be applied as a credit to your account in the final month of the 6-month period.
- If the enrolment is cancelled or interrupted prior to the completion of the six-month term, the offer becomes void and the credited weeks will not be applied.
- This offer is valid for new enrolments only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4(b). Family Referral Promotion
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this clause, the “Referring Family” shall mean the existing, officially enrolled family who submits the referral. The “Referred Family” shall mean the newly enrolling family who commences care at Wonder Years as a direct result of said referral.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Family Referral Promotion, the Referring Family must be officially enrolled and actively attending care at a Wonder Years Early Learning Centre at the time of the referral. The Referring Family must notify the Enrolling Officer or Centre Manager about the promotion and viewed location prior to enrolment of the Referred Family.
3. Conditions of the Referred Family
The Referred Family must officially enrol, commence care and successfully complete their full required notice period at the centre. The referral benefit is independent of the specific enrolment terms or duration of the Referred Family’s booking, provided their notice period is fully satisfied and all associated fees are paid.
4. The Benefit
Eligible Referring Families will receive a referral benefit equivalent to 50% of the advertised promotional credit relative to the promotional tier active at the time of completed enrolment by the Referred Family.
The final 50% of the advertised promotional credit shall be applied upon completion of the Referring Family’s required conditions, as outlined in the Application of Credit subsection. This benefit carries no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
5. Application of Credit
The initial 50% of the advertised promotional credit’s value shall be applied as an attendance fee credit to the family’s transaction account, subject to the terms listed within the Conditions of the Referred Family subsection.
The final 50% promotional value will be fulfilled after the Referring Family completes six (6) months of continuous enrolment with Wonder Years. The benefit will be added as a credit to the Referring Family’s transaction account and applied as a discount against their childcare fees. This credit will be issued concurrently with the family’s 6-month continuous enrolment “2 weeks free” benefit, where applicable.
5. Privacy
- All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and used solely for the purposes of childcare enrolment, administration and communication.
6. Centre Policies
- Families agree to comply with all centre policies, including but not limited to health and safety procedures, illness exclusion periods and behaviour management practices.
- A copy of the full Centre Policy Handbook is available upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While the centre takes every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, Wonder Years Early Learning Centres shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage that occurs beyond reasonable control.
